Chips and Hot Salsa Cheese

Sunday Football – GO VIKES!

What you need:

  • ½ lb Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes (Use any kind you like – mild, medium, hot, etc)
  • Chips

 

What you do:

  • Combine Velveeta Cheese & Rotel Tomatoes and heat until cheese is melted!
  • Serve with chips.

 

Tips:

  • Add ground beef or shredded chicken.
  • You can make this in a crock pot!
