Flatbread pizzas are a quick & simple, yet impressive looking dish you can serve as an appetizer, or part of a dinner. They can be cooked in the oven but they taste even better when grilled!
*What you need:
- 1 large flatbread or 2 small flatbread
- Garlic olive oil (Can use extra virgin olive oil)
- Sliced green olives
- Sliced green onion
- Thinly sliced prosciutto
- Sliced provolone
- Shredded mozzarella
*You can use as much or little of the ingredients on your flatbread. It just depends how large your flatbread is and how much you want on it.
What you do:
- Drizzle olive oil on flatbread. Top with single layer of olives, onions & prosciutto. Add provolone & then mozzarella.
- Bake at 375 in an oven or on grill until cheese is bubbly & golden brown. About 15 minutes.
